Failure's Oasis

Failure’s Oasis is a proposed large scale installation for Burning Man 2020.

Many eons ago a Giant attempted to cross the Black Rock Desert only to be overwhelmed by its vastness. In its skeletal remnants sprouts a fertile oasis with the form of a woman standing as an altar to the spirit of growth. Travelers stop here to refresh and leave offerings to her exuberant spirit.
